4. Be present

This is where you get to just live and enjoy your day. I'm here to document every memory as it unfolds. I'll help keep you on track with your timeline so we don't miss anything, guide you with prompts rather than poses, and capture the things you may have missed in the rush of it all.

FAQ

How much is the retainer fee?

I require a 25% non-refundable retainer fee to officially book your date. The remaining amount can be paid anytime before or on your wedding day.

What's your turnaround time?

The full online image gallery will be delivered within 6 weeks of your wedding day. Depending on the amount of bookings during the month of your wedding, delivery may take up to 8 weeks. Your wedding photography agreement will specify what to expect. However, I try to deliver a few sneak peeks within the first couple days after your wedding so you can stay excited about your day while waiting for the rest of the gallery.

What gear do you use?

I use two Sony A7 IV camera bodies with 35mm f1.4 and 85mm f1.8 lenses. Each camera shoots to two SD cards simultaneously to ensure there is a backup of all your photos in case of an emergency.

Do you travel?

Yes! I'm based in Southern California, but please reach out and let me know where you are planning to have your wedding and we can talk more. There is not a one size fits all answer for travel fees, so we'll figure out the logistics. However, there are no travel fees if your wedding or engagement session is within 50 miles of Glendale, CA.

Do you have insurance?

Yes. Osmond Photography is covered by Full Frame insurance. If your venue is requesting proof or needs to be added on as an "additional insured," no problem. Just try to give me at least a week's notice so I can make sure everything is prepared for the wedding day.

"Ethan did a spectacular job as our wedding photographer! He took the time to understand our vision for the wedding before the big day. On the day of, he captured moments we wanted as well as others which we loved. He’s very collaborative and understands how to capture all the best moments from your special day. As a way to make the family portraits go smoother, we provided a shot list for him which also kept things efficient! The day was perfect and Ethan’s work was a big reason why."
